[4] In London, the Belz community is now centred in Stamford Hill. [5] In the 1930s, an early Belz synagogue was on Commercial Road, Limehouse, in the East End. [6] In 2015, its community leaders, in accordance with guidance from the Belzer Rebbe in Israel, Rabbi Yissachar Dov Rokeach, stated that women driving was against traditional rules of modesty.
